Attending seminary is considered to be one of the most significant opportunities in one’s lifetime. This is the year that can enable you to get an education that forever adds value to your life and your relationship with Hashem. And yet, studying abroad in Israel, can also be expensive. We know getting into the seminary of one’s choice is only part of the challenge. The other part is making it affordable. That’s where we come in.

The Bnot Torah Scholarship Committee prides itself with helping families realistically meet the cost of Jewish higher education. The purpose of this information is straightforward: we want you to know how we plan to help you overcome this financial challenge. Our financial aid awards are based on a number of factors: an on-time financial aid application (FAFSA), academic merit, financial need, and the overall strength of the individual’s admission application.

If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please contact us.

If you are attending one of our Joint Israel Programs with either Stern College or Touro College (of New York, Chicago and California) you may qualify for governmental loans or grants. In addition, many Jewish communal organizations have funding available to assist students coming to Israel. We recommend that you contact your local Federation, as well as your synagogue.

If you are applying to us from Southern California please visit this page for additional scholarship and loan information.

All in all, we at Bnot Torah Institute will attempt to assist you so that financial constraints do not stand in the way of your studying at Bnot Torah. If you have any questions regarding the financial aid process, or if we can assist you in any way, please contact us. We look forward to seeing you soon!
