Cream of Celery Soup– Mrs. Ahuva Lehrfield – Perfect for the winter!

  • Oil for sauteing                            1 bunch of celery
  • 3 onions                                      1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 cloves garlic                              salt
  1. Dice onions and garlic and saute in oil.
  2. Slice celery and add to onion and garlic
  3. Add oats and salt to taste.
  4. Add water to cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Blend in pot with hand blender.
