We eagerly look forward to your return to school. In order to help us prepare for your arrival, we ask that you fill out the following form. Once the form is completed, press the SUBMIT button.
In addition to completing the form, you must submit two (2) different recent digital photos of yourself (taken within the past six (6) months) to office@bnottorah.com. The pictures must be full face, from the shoulders up, without anyone else in the picture.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If you are not going to be on the school flight, our living accommodations will not be open before Wednesday, October 14th and that all students will be meeting at School on that day to receive dormitory keys. If you will already be in Israel, please call our office (02-581-4382) that morning to confirm the time of our meeting at School.
- Roommate preferences can be honored only if your questionnaire is received by our office ASAP.
- When listing roommate preferences, please coordinate with them so that they also list you as their preference.
IF THE INDIVIDUAL YOU LIST DOES NOT LIST YOU, YOU WILL NOT BE PLACED WITH HER.
